Any person or entity this is accessing GATEKEEPER APP to utilize the feature for any reason is known as “User”.

FlexiTek(S) Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) imposes this Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) with obligations on the Users so as to ensure the FlexiTek(S) Pte Ltd’s own compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).

• DEFINITIONS

1. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1. “FTK” means FlexiTek(S) Pte Ltd;
2. “FTK Personal Data” means Personal Data which the FTK discloses to the Users, or which the User processes on behalf of the FTK, including data such as Name, Identification Number, Security rank and email Details;
3. “Admin” means the administrative party whom, user has given permission to add the profile into the system.
4. “PDPA” means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and
5. “Personal Data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from the data.

• HANDLING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Compliance with PDPA. The User are subjected to audit by the FTK against the PDPA and contractual agreements when:
1. There is compliant lodge relating to the FTK or
2. There is a personal data breach incident or
3. There is a suspected case of breach of the PDPA requirements.
2. The user shall not disclose or copy FTK’s Personal Data unless with permission from FTK.
3. The User shall only use FTK Personal Data strictly for the purposes of accessing to the GATEKEEPER APP.
4. Retention of Personal Data.

The system does not retain any personal data after the admin has removed the profile from the system.

5. Please notify your admin if your information is incorrect or need to be updated. 
6. Withdrawal of consent

The user shall immediately notify FTK or the Admin if one wishes to withdraw from the system.
